THESE SESSIONS ARE RESERVED FOR PLAYERS WITH RATINGS OF 3.5 AND ABOVE.

Winners stay on court, so 2 players are replaced after each game. A host is present to ensure everything runs smoothly.

An Open Play registration is active until three hours before the start of the event.

• It is the responsibility of any registered player to either: 1) cancel their reservation at least three hours before the start of the event, or 2) show up and play. A registered player who does neither of the above is potentially taking a spot away from someone on the waitlist.
• Consequently, the non-cancelling player will be charged for the program session.
• Rare exceptions will be considered for cancellation, please notify the Board at councilbluffsapb@gmail.com if you are requesting a credit for a no-show or late cancellation.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel at least 3-hours before the program begins, a future session credit or refund of Club Credits of the value you paid for this session will be credited for a future session. There are no cash refunds.

Players will need to check-in at the front desk before playing.
